If the envelope said Power Vision then the USB drive should at least contain the license file that was used to tune it. $220 it will save you when you go to get it re tuned, there is no value in the shop keeping the license because it belongs to the serial number of the ECM and any Power Vision can use it if the license file is applied to the Power Vision being used. If it has the tune file then even better. If you find the drive post up what the titles of the files are and we can help decipher what you have

You could down load the power vision software and try and see what is on the usb stick. Maybe the tuner even has the list of mods listed.
