About 2 months ago I successfully installed a new cam (WM8-22X), lifters (Wood Alpha Directional) and cam bearing. Bike is a 2020 Harley Sport Glide w/M8 107. 25,000 miles.
I then decided to install the S&s tappet cuffs while bike is in winter storage. In the process of reassembling, the rear cylinder pushrod adjustments were completed but I ran out of time to install/adjust the front cylinder pushrods.
My question/concern is that the front cylinder’s lifters have been in the bike for >24 hours. Could the front cylinder’s lifters have “bleed down” while sitting in the bike and no pushrod/valve springs exerting force on them?

no, you're good. The spring inside will keep them from bleeding down
