Default Change flywheel?

In rebuilding the engine on my '09 FLHTCU I decided to do the timken conversion. I ordered a new S&S flywheel, in the event there was an issue with the stock flywheel (98k miles). Stock flywheel is in good shape and thus, I wonder about the pros and cons of staying with the stock and saving the $$$. There'd probably be a restock fee, but it is over a grand I'd save. Worth it? Thoughts?

Keep the S&S it's a much better flywheel. Save your money and skip the timken conversion. It's not necessary.
