I have an 07 Road King. Dangling behind my air cleaner to the left (rear) side of my Throttle body is this connector, with a cover over the pins. Can anyone tell me what that connector is for and where it goes?

and it has a place to be mounted, not hanging down. I can go out and look in a few but that connector slides onto to something to hold it
