Help identifying noise from motor. (With Video)
Hey all,
Ive been dealing with this noise since I bought the bike a couple months ago. Its almost like a popping or knocking sound coming from the motor between 2000-2800ish rpms when the throttle is rolled on anything beyond coasting. Seems worse the more throttle is applied. One person has advised it sounds like detonation, another says they hear nothing out of the normal engine sounds. We gradually took a lot of timing out and it made little to no difference. Ive performed the seafoam method for carbon buildup, and Ive got new plugs in.
the bike is a 2012 Street Glide, 103, 543 Cam with cam chest , big sucker air cleaner, dnd style 2-1 exhaust, and thundermax ECM.

Is it just the throttle body making noise, and does yours do it all the time or only certain times?
