If the guy is a half decent machinist, it's pretty easy. I've done 3-4 TC sets and 1 EVO SnS 113. The 113 is a little different tho..

The fixture works a treat. It's designed that it can be used with hand tools.

I'm pretty sure that the SE that I have was made by Jim's USA.

I only had room for a Craftsman 1/2" drill.
