The top one..

CRANKCASE,ASM,4",SA,PKG,CPS MACH,84-91BT

https://www.sscycle.com/tech-info/engine-serial-lookup

So it's an SnS set of cases setup for a 4 inch bore deck. Rest of the parts could be anything.. It's likely either a 107ci or 113 ci build.

The bottom one is a 2000 to 2006 (except 2006 dyna) bagger or dyna twincam motor. Someone else should be able to decode the motor.

I should add, the top one is an EVO SnS motor.
