Here is what happens when you don't flip the rocker base gasket.. See the passage that don't get covered, head on the right..

Really trying to figure out what you are getting at? Are you saying the pic I put up is not the correct way to put the filter? As I remember when you look at it wrong it is pretty evident it is wrong
