No this is not another "what kind of cam should I get" thread.
I installed a set TW-26 gear drive cams in my 03 dyna over the winter and now have over 1000 miles on them. I know many of you have them in your bikes too.
What is your take on them?
IMHO they made a big diffference.
I have to hang on when it "gets on the cam" so to speak. I start to feel it pull around 1900 rpm and pulls strong all the way up to 5000 rpm.
I also noticed a big difference in the exhaust sound. It even sounds stronger. If anyone is using the 4 degree advance gear, if so does it make a big difference as to when she "gets on the cam"?
