Exhaust torque specs for a 2014 SG

Exhaust torque specs for a 2014 SG
Getting ready to put a FM exhaust header, FM slip ons, SE Heavy Breather, and PV on my 14 SGS. I need to know what the torque specs are for the exhaust bolts and intake bolts. Last exhaust I did I overtightened just a little and deformed the exhaust flange, don't want to do that again. I'm going to buy a Torque wrench this time to do it right. I apologize if this question is already out there, I searched the threads but didn't find anything.

I compared to my 2014 manual and it looks like the exhaust values are the same as last year.
