evo top end noise when warmed up

I have completely gone through this motor once again everything it tight no wear marks on anything Nothing is hitting and yet back together and once it's warm the noise is still there I spent some time trying to pinpoint exactly where it's coming from and it seems to be the rear cylinder head
I pulled the heads off a couple weeks ago and brought them to the guy that did them he took them completely apart checked all the valves to see I'd they were bent all good there
I'm still wounding if the springs he put in are causing the valves to slap shut
But on the other hand I don't understand why the front cylinder isnt making the same noise
