A dealership in the State of Kentucky that does know how to tune, is Bowling Green HD, Bowling Green, KY. Jeremy is the young man's name that has the talent to do so.
We've seen several of our clients use them when near that area, and he produces outstanding results, time after time.
If willing to travel over to Matoon, Ill, Jim Kennedy of Paradise Performance ("stroker jlk" on several of these message boards) he can put a world-class tune on that also.

Jeremy is the one who built and tuned my bike. Still need some work. He had 4+ hours on the dyno and pulled it. Not sure if that is the direction of BG Harley or if he though it was "good enough". It doesn't idle right, torque is way late too. I'm going to call them but the new Service Manager is a real jack *** and I really don't want to deal with all of his excuses. He will blame it on the Power Vision, the exhaust, or some other part that isn't HD. He already told my buddy that his Power vision was junk and exhaust was the problem. The ONLY reason I went there was because they told me that they could tune the PV-1 no problem. Otherwise I would have went to Fuel Moto. Jeremy knows his ****, I will agree, but I think he is getting a bad rap because of the front desk and management. IMO
Nice numbers, I have a near identical build but with a 585 cam and 50mm TB, and Supertrapp stepped 2:1:2 headers. Hope I get that kind of numbers, My 585 use to pull from 2500 up.
Ok.....took my bike to Jim Kennedy in Illinois for tuning. (Recommend by Jaime @ Fuel Moto due to workload). The results are amazingly different from the original Dealership tune. The numbers from the dealership were WAY inflated. H-D told me that we had 126HP / 116TQ. Now (depending on what standard you use) we are getting 121hp / 117tq. When Jim did the base run it showed 108.6HP / 107TQ. Not sure how it was so far off from the dealership but you can see the difference in the curves. The bike runs SOOOOO much better and is very strong. Props to my new INDY tuner, Jim Kennedy.
Nice build bro. I figured you had the hardware you needed, just needed the right tech to massage it. I'm glad you got what you should have after dropping the $$ you did.
You know, if a tech doesn't have the know how or desire to use the PV then why the fk do they take the job? Don't take a guy's hard earned money then blame your sorry *** tune on the PV.

And, wherever you go to get a dyno tune, make sure they report the results to the SAE standard, not the older STD standard that your current tuner used. The older STD standard is less realistic, inflating the results by 4 to 5% over SAE, by correcting to a less realistic temp/pressure/humidity standard. That was the reason for the OPs' high initial numbers.

As an Engineer by trade, SAE is the industry standard all Automotive. Jim just gave me both.

I just now seen that you recommended Jim. I saw it when you posted it but had forgot. I called Jamie at Fuel Moto to see if they could get it in and he also recommended Jim. He is definitely one of the best in the mid-west. Great guy too. He will be racing in Bowling Green at the end of the month and we'll be there to watch and maybe take a shot down the track. Thanks for the advice.

P.S. I believe that Jeremy has the full potential to tune but the management in BG has took a downturn and won't allow him to do hit "magic". Just FYI.
