Low RPM missfire Help
Hey guy
bought an 06 fxsti put 800 miles on it and noticed a little miss. Its now becoming worse. When I go to leave a red light once in a while it will miss at the right time as I go to feather the clutch and the bike will stall. It also backfires and pops a lot as I decelerate. High rpm deceleration sounds smooth as I get lower in the rpm range it begins to pop like crazy.
I threw new plugs in it yesterday with no difference. I also had the check engine light on for about 30 miles a few weeks ago and it was a loose plug boot on #1 cylinder. Could it have hurt the coil?
