Default 50,000 kms engine work

I ride a 2005 Road King and I was told that it was recommended to have something done to the engine at 50,000 kms, but I can't remember what it was. It runs fine but I don't want any preventable issues. can someone tell me what service may need to be done. I change the fluids regularly.

Historical problematic area is in the cam chest.
Cam chain tensioners should be checked/replaced if needed, and the inner cam bearings should be upgraded to a full needle bearing(Torrington) vs the OE every-other-one(INA).

What Scott said. I would run a compression and leak down test to check condition of the top end and might replace lifters.
