Default spacer?

I was redoing the top end of my 2009 XL1200C sportster and putting things in order and I don't recall where a spacer came from?

Screw looks like it came out of a heat shield clamp and the washer looks like something with the exhaust either the mount to the cross over or the rear head pipe clamp by the oil tank

Bagster04 thank you. Yes the screw was the heat shield clamp. The spacer not sure yet. To me it's more a spacer than a washer. It's pretty thick?

My head bolts have a spacer that thick under them. Also my coil bracket has some thick spacers as well.
