That's the same size my 1990 Glide had when it was new, but was International spec and also had quieter mufflers and other different stuff.

Arguably spinning the engine is better for it than lugging it at low revs so many have habitually become used to.
Detractors from the practise claim that they don't like such gearing because they have to change gear before they get across a junction at traffic lights, but I don't know if this is true or just an exaggeration. I also know one who changed back from a 21T because he claimed he could not ride at 85 mph to keep up with his friends, the engine was spinning too fast. Again, I don't know if this is true or a gross exaggeration due to the habit of lugging at low RPM.
I'm glad you've found more fun out of your old bus.

The 61 tooth pulley was used on US Softails for '93 only. '86-'92 and '94 US Softails used a 70 tooth pulley. '95-'99 US Softails used a 65 tooth pulley. 2000 and up I have no idea, as I stopped paying attention.

I used stickers to mark this time and counted 65 teeth.. Yes. More torque is always nice!

OK ... that lowers the ratios slightly to 3.48 to 1 which is in the middle. You can raise it 3.7 is by swopping out your belt and rear pulley for a 70T next time, but you'll have to buy a belt, at which point you'll be the holeshot king but revving high on the hiway.
I think you've probably found a good compromise.
I don't know what else you've done to the bike but I think I've spend money elsewhere first, e.g. on a different cam, unless you pick the parts up for free.
I don't know Softails so you need to find out someone that can tell you the right length.
Rear belts come in different numbers of teeth and also widths. The latest ones are only 1" wide against the old 1 1/2" which is probably what your replacement should be, with a 1" rear pulley. It'll also allow you to run a wider tyre (Latest H-D are on 20mm belts).
But long term fiddling around stuff according to necessity and cheap deals on Ebay ... go spend money on gas, chasing young women and doing little 'goods' for others in the meanwhile.

It's not clear on the final ratio but it is the same as fifth gear as fifth is a direct 1:1 ratio.
It also calculates number of teeth required and speed per 1,000 rpm.
I run a 21T which, to be honest, is a bit high but fun and suitable for the application I have. Having a 6 overdrive transmission would give me the best of both worlds with a 3.225 final cruising gear.
