Got my eye on a 95 Ultra....
I've been lurking here for some time and reading a lot of interesting stuff, and I'm proud to finally be a part of the cool kids. I've noticed there's a ton of very educated people on the subject of all things Harley related.
I've been looking around for some time, but I think I've got it down to my final two....Leaning more one way than the other. There's a local 95 Ultra classic, 30xxx miles, ehh, here's the link, the a gander for yourself.

My question to you all is as follows: when I go to see her (sometime in the next few days) What types of things should I have an eye out for? I appreciate all of your input, be it nuggets of useful info of this particular model, or what to stray away from.
Magically yours,
PJ Synenberg
Lastly, he has reposted this twice, I think his current asking price is 5600, however I think 5 will buy it, and I'm hoping that if I show up with 50 benjamins he just may want to see how they feel in his pocket.....
I lied, that wasn't it, this is though. Where can I find a model correct tour pack without selling a kidney or my first born? Is it more of a pain than its worth to install, would I be better off building a tall backrest? I prefer not to go that route but if I can't find said pack for a reasonable amount, that may be just what I do....
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
30,000 miles and the motor has been rebuilt? Either lying on the mileage or the bike was never taken care of...I would pass unless the price got real low.
I was actually looking at other ultras from about the same year, when I realized the lower fairing were gone, the thought had crossed my mind that in these mountains, I've seen many-a bags get torn off on the back of the dragon, perhaps thats what happened, who knows.
I appreciate all of your input, I'm still gonna go look at it, but it seems that the hunt is still on.
