Default Dim indicator lights

It's just a minor thing, but I noticed that the indicator lights on the dash of my 95 Heritage seem very dim. I was wondering what some of you guys have done to address this.

Three words: L E D

Or, check all the wiring for them, especially any connections. The indicator bulbs are low wattage anyway.

I leave them dim.
That way they don't bother me at night.
Especially the high beam indicator.

I bought a new lens from HD and it made a nice difference. I also bought LED's for them but never got around to installing the new LED's. If you would like the LEDs send me a pm with your address and I'll mail them to you.

With the age of our bikes good clean connections and grounds are something to look at.
When I repainted the inner fairing I had it all apart. I had noticed the gauge lights and indicators weren't very bright. In my haste to get it back together I skipped cking that. Well something made a good connection cause when I got it all together the lights were fine.

Something about Evo guys, I agree. I have a twinkie now but still lurk in this forum to see what the good folks with Evos are doing.

I post up mod after mod in threads, with pics, in the softail forum and all I hear is crickets....

So, the led's just replace the original bulbs without any other modification?
