Well after a few hours, with a test light, solder gun and some heat shrinks all is completed. Dash looks great. Thanks for all the advice it was much appreciated.
I've got an '04 Heritage and the bulbs are dim. I asked the local dealer about LEDs and he looked at me like deer in the headlights. Any ideas where they can be purchased from? I'm pretty sure you can't just plug them in?

First find out what the automotive number is for the bulbs you want to replace is then go to Super Bright Leds.com and crossrefference the automotive number to get what you need.

If you decide not to go with the LED's then just remove the standard bulbs, take one to Discount Auto or wherever and match it to similar bulb with a higher amperage. They will be brighter. That's what I did. Then I tinted them green and they look great in my speedometer and tach!
