I have a 1985 Evo FLTC and it's still going strong. Yes it does puke a little oil after sitting for a long period but who cares. I stick a drain pan under it after winter storage and let it puke it's oil on the first start of the year and then I'm good for the summer.

I have to admit I never paid it any attention until I started seeing Deuce rear wheels for sale on Ebay. I have one in my ole Glide now!

That ain't no rear tyre - THIS is:

GR, was that Deuce wheel a relatively straight bolt-in? I'm upgrading my rear suspension and this looks like a great mod (have the Ride STR8 brace and am swapping the SG air shocks for a set of Works 13" shocks). Thx!

Is it a bolt in? No! I'm still wrestling with it to get it just right. I already had a 2004 swingarm and wheel/brake in, replacing the stock swingarm etc. before I tried this. The tyre is only just narrower than the fender, so clearances are tight. I have a thread about this, which you will see has gathered a lot of dust! Get a long drink and browse. I'll update it shortly with my latest news.

Roger that. Just saw your thread. Seems like a right bear to do. I'll see if I can find a drop-in wheel instead
