Yep. 78 was a great year. I turned 21, had a brand new Sportster, a girlfriend with her own Triumph Bonneville and more drink and smoke than a guy could ever wish for. 
Music? Hell if I remember. Seems like it was all disco shyte, Travolta and Olivia Newtron-Bomb, Andy Gibb, Abba by then . We were stilling grooving to Bob Marley, Lou Reed, Deep Purple, Cream etc. And JJ Cale.
