Default cam bearing replacement?

Hi all,
I just picked up an Andrews EV27 cam for my 97 evo bagger and was curious what bearings I should replace when installing the new cam? I know I should use the Torrington bearing, does anyone have a part number so I know I'm ordering the right one?
When I bought this bike I was told it has a big bore kit, is there any way for me to verify this? I know it has a power commander and a K@N filter and some Hooker slip ons but that's all I have been able to verify thus far. Is there a better programmer than the Power Commander?
Thanks in advance...

It most likely won't have a big bore kit on it but it may have either a stroker kit or an "85" kit, which is nothing more than max oversize on stock bore. A big bore kit on an Evo is a huge undertaking as the cases need boring....you wouldn't be needing an EV27 if it had been upgraded to that extent.

Cam bearing is a B-138.

why did you buy the new cam if you don't know the real history of the engine, but were told it's had engine work, along with it already having a tuner? When you pop it open, isn't it possible that it just might already have an Andrews EV27 in it?

Depending on when the work was done it may also already have a Torrington in it!

I find it hard to believe that anyone do a bunch of engine work and not change the stock POS cam.

Thanks for the responses guys, I had it partially opened up after I bought it to change all of the fluids (it had been sitting for two years prior) and I did verify that it had the Torrington bearing already but judging from the performance I didn't think it had any major motor work done. I figured the big bore kit line was BS but I was getting this info second hand from the deceased owner's wife so who knows what was actually done to it.
I'll order a B-138 bearing and plan on tearing into it next week so I guess we'll see what's actually in there. Thanks for the info everyone, I appreciate it!

It sure is, because that is exactly what happened to me. I still have the new EV 27 cam that I ordered. A friend is going to put it in his bike when he gets ready to do some work on it.
