Went out on a PGR mission last night on the old EG. Rode home in the dark with a slight chill in the air. Man, what an awesome ride. The old EG is running awesome, the best that it has ever run. They were playing Steppenwolf on the radio.. It was getting late but, I really didn't want to go home. It has taken me a couple of years to get the bugs worked out of this old bike but, man it's worth it.

 

thanks for hitting the mission; I haven't done one in a couple months. Was doing 3-4 a week after I first got laid off, but even gas costs $$$ and funds are really tight now. My tranny rebuild sure came at the wrong time.

 

Do know what your talking about. Feels real good to get one on the road again and running right.
