Default Brake help needed

I just put new rotors on the front of my 85 FLH. Put the thing back together and the left caliper is rubbing the rotor. I've taken it back apart and put it back on a few times and I can't figure it out, its like there is not enough room between the rotor and fork. Is there a way to adjust it?

Have you compared the old rotors to the new ones to see if there is something different between them?
Where did you get the new rotors (OEM or aftermarket)?

Either they are different or you forgot something during reassembly.

Rubbing a little, a lot, won't turn?
Rubs with the pad pushed in, or after it's pumped?

The rotor should hit the pads Way before it hits the caliper.

This is an '85 front wheel.
It only has one spacer.

This is what I'm thinking... Not sure why the pics got turned sideways but they are taken standing in front of the bike looking down. The first pic is the right side, you can actually see the pad, the other pic no pad. BraPads are new.

Wheel put in correctly, with the valve stem facing the right side of the bike?
