Hey Chaz, curious as to what your getting for mpg. I'm running that exact jetting with a 160 air bleed w/95 on the thunder jet and am getting at best 37 mpg.

I'll let you know as soon as I get enough miles on it to tell. I need to get the PA state inspection stickers.

UPDATE

I have about 400 miles on the bike since the conversion. The bike runs good, I have been riding it pretty easy and am getting about 45 mpg.

If you dont mind me asking.... what curve did you end up running on the Ultima ignition? Are you running with the VOES switched to ON? Thanks.

Curve #1 with the VOES on. The ultima instructions show that curve one is the best for my set up. Even with the VOES, I am getting some pinging under hard acceleration. I think I still need to adjust the timing some.

Look for the single dot in the view port.
After you get that (if you are still getting pinging) go to curve 2.

By "view port", do you mean the timing hole?
