Need some help
I got a 1989 flhs,it still has the stock carb on it,where exactly is the idle adjustment? When its warm it is idling at about 1300 rpm's.

Welcome 89 if you dont have an actual Harley service manual , you need to get one now.
Dont bother with Haynes or Clymer etc. the age of your ride requires the real $ 100.00 bible.
