Well I Worked my butt the last couple of days and it payed off rather well. Felt so good to ride a little yesterday and now today it rains, go figure.....Anyways for all that have been following here's the list...
Hillside 83 cc stage II heads w/ 1.90 and 1.63 valves
Intake ports to 1.800", behive spings, AV valves
.030 cometic hg
Wiseco 11:1 pistons w/ 19 cc domes, .000" deck clearance
Woods W6-exp cam, 2500-6500 rpm range
ccp on warm engine is 210 psi
Dyna 2Ki single fire, curve 3, no voes...
S&S big E w/ .295/74 jetting and 160 air bleed and 95. Thunder jet
S&S 1.800" intake.
S&S lifters and pushrods, preloaded to .140" quiet as a church mouse even hot....
Bassani RR 2-1 (still awaiting the return of my rb racing pipe)
Baker Drivetrain SBD belt drive primary ( unbelievably quiet........)
Ultima 6 speed trans.
32/70 secondary drive
Over all ratio. 3.37:1
Southerm motorcycle works cnc billet rims
Front 19x3 w/Metzeler 120/70zr19
Rear. 16x3.5 w/Metzler 150/80/16
Matching floating rotors and 1" matching pulley
Spacing the rims to the center line off the bike was not an issue as well as proper spacing for the rotors to the calipers. Haven't gone over 80 mph yet so I'm not sure about handling at higher speeds
V-Twin Kevlar brake pads. That, I must say grab excellently and make no noise. Better than metallic.......
Dyno day coming soon, butt dyno says holy ****.!!!!!! Doesn't matter what gear I'm in this build just keeps pulling. Only had it out for 30 miles yesterday. Sunday is looking better and so is my odometer.....oh and no evidence of preignition......will need minor adjustments but don't we all ? Nice too have her back......oh yea one more thing a nice new/used cushy seat for me and wifey....
So if i didn't reach my goal of 3 more hp/tq oh well that ride had ended...............and a new one begins.............
