Default Bolts vibrating loose

Ok so a couple months ago I posted on here about my engine to transmission bolts vibrating loose, as well as the four primary case bolts around the crankshaft vibrating loose.. End result was the metal lip on the crankcase where it has the o-ring to seal going to the primary case, the metal lip busted into pieces. Where someone referred me to the gasket to put in place that seals it without the ring. I ordered it and went to the local auto parts store and bought bolts for the primary case. 5/16" x 18 thread pitch. The kit came with locking tabs so the bolts couldn't back out. Keep in mind it had been sitting for a couple months so my battery that was almost already toast was now history. So I had to jump it off.. Ran fine down the street and back at 11 pm last night (neighbors weren't thrilled). So today I went to ride it to the local auto parts store to buy a new battery, jumped it off.. And away we went. Half way into the 10 minute trip I felt the dreaded very loose feeling vibration. Pulled over and the engine to trans bolts had backed out AGAIN and also the two front primary case bolts!!! I haven't taken off the primary cover to see if the two on the inside have or not but I'm sure they have. After using red locktite and locking tabs they still backed out!!! Are these bolts the wrong thread? Anyone else have this problem? Getting pretty fed up with it.. Rides like a dream when it's not vibrating loose. Help please

Thanks I tried to find that old thread but couldn't find it.. New to the site. But it's a 91 fxrp suposively it has a 96" engine now. It's an old police bike if anyone is wondering about the p on the fxr. Also noticed both of my blinkers weren't working when I was riding it today. I believe it's just a blinker relay but haven't messed with it yet. I need to address the bigger issue at hand first.

Are you using Loctite when re-tightening the loose bolts back?

If the threaded hole and bolt were not degreased, the Loctite would be useless, but fail to see how locking tabs would not do their job - do you have details of these tabs, and a photo?

bad vibes ? if it's vibrating that bad maybe your flywheels have shifted and the lower end is out of balance. are you sure you have the correct bolts ? are they tighting up when you install them ? maybe time for some time-serts if the threads are bad. they should stay put using red loc-tite and locking tabs.

Can't see how a bolt with locking tabs installed correctly could back out unless threads were stripped, but OP couldn't tighten bolts if that was the case.I would like to know final outcome.
