FSM days 1/2-full turn, sorry.

I found some bad galling in the side cover, and the snap ring wasnt oriented right, but the ***** were all in place. Going to pull the clutch and see from there.

Snap ring on the back of the clutch is in place. Unfortunately, I can feel the loose rivets causing **** to rattle, so that is the issue. I will pull the pack out soon and keep you all updated. Pics to follow.

The galling in the side cover. Replace or is it ok? Like I said, the ***** were in the ramp.

See how smooth the mechanism works first, the galling shouldn't matter because the movement doesn't occur where the galling is.

That is true. I looked at the edges of the ramps and they were smooth along the sides... mechanism works well. I will get a gasket, throw out bearing, and put it all back together soon. I still haven't pulled apart the clutch hub yet to see what is loose in there but I think you all hit the nail on the head.
