I installed the Dynatec S this morning and took off for a blast and adjust. Made six road-side adjustments and think I like where it is. The sound it makes at idle is not the same as it was(exhaust rhythm)...
I thought you told me that down loading and usb connection was involved and all that hoopla..??
Only if you choose to create your own ignition curve. The 2ki comes with 4 factory curves to chose from. The only reason why I told you about the USB connection for downloads was because you have a kicker and you would need to have the dead rev's set to zero. The other option would be to order a 2ki from dynatek and have them configure the dead rev's for you.... I'm sure they would do that....

I like the USB setup as you can program your own curves and RPM limits as well! You can even run two curves and use the defunct VOES trigger to switch between the two.
Does anyone no what may be causing a cough out the carb when I turn on the ignition switch, doesn't do it all the time but now and then. Even after sitting three days, I turned switch on and a rush of air came out carb, never did this before new ignition.
Maybe too advanced ? I like it where it is so far.
Seems to me that a plug is being fired when turned on and intake valve is in open position and burned up a little fuel vapor and cough out carb, make any sense? What ya'll think ??

The pick-up is just at the window, and when you energize [sometimes de-energize] the plugs fire...the stock Iggy does this also...just a Matter of where the Rotor happens to stop when ya turn the engine off...
I don't sweat that ****...
