They did not have the Cafe open when i was there last year ....

The restaurant was closed two weeks ago for remodeling but they said it would be open in 6 weeks.

If any of you plan on riding the sisters "fast" it would be prudent to check the rode first 336 iirc had a lot of gravel on it two weeks ago. Hopefully it will be in better shape for yall.

On a past trip we stayed in Kerrville - rode both ways, one day Leakey, Medina, Utopia - The Sisters, and another day Luchenbach, and burgers at Alamo Springs Cafe.

Well 14 was the last time I was there. A job change sure cut into my riding trips.

Inn of the Hills is a hard place to beat. A church group I have rode with over the years makes an annual trip there. It wasn't far form an emergency clinic when I broke my leg in 09.

Alamo Springs and Cowboy steakhouse are 2 of our favorite places to eat when near Kerrville
