New carb for the FXSTC

Default New carb for the FXSTC
I just got done installing an S&S E on my softail.
Routed the breather all the way to the swingarm.
SUCK IT EPA!!!!

They are expensive but worth every damn penny IMO!!!!!!!!!
The bike starts and runs much easier with the S&S than it ever did with the CV!!

do they fit the stock manifold an breather bracket?

No..
The S&S bolts directly to the intake unlike the CV which is held to the intake by the back plate.
S&S also has a different design for their breather system but as you can see in the pictures I routed mine differently than S&S wants you to.

I just installed the Mikuni 42-18 on my FXSTC. Installation went well. It uses your existing choke cable, throttle cables and my aftermarket air cleaner. Unfortunately, the weather here has been horrible so I haven't had a chance for a good ride. Friday weather looks good.

Those are supposed to be top of the line but I still like S&S better because they are so simple a blind drunk monkey can set one up!!!!
