Last fall started replacing cam bearings, lifters and oil pump on my 1997 Softail Heritage. Garage is un-heated so had to stop until spring. Now I can't find the drawing I made of the oil line routing.
I have the manual but the picture of the routing sucks. Have looked on the internet and searched on the forum and come up with different results. Also do not have the original formed oil lines so that is no help.
All the info I found shows the pipe that is back under the tank is the oil outlet going to the pump, is that correct?
There are two pipes at the front of the tank where does the one toward the exhaust go? Some show this as return from the filter and some show it as the vent.
