Where is the best place to pick up or order online the service manual and what else if any would
I need? Is the electrical diagram included?
I found mine in a yahoo search that showed a manual in a Craigslist add.
He wanted 25 bucks. I called the number and talked to him abit and asked if I added 10 dollars to his price would he mail it to me in Texas. He said OK.
Be wary of the prices asked on Ebay, many of them are way over-priced IMHO. You can probably get a new one cheaper, available from your local friendly dealer. H-D still publishes them for models going way back.

You can get the official FSM from any MoCo dealer for what? $65 or so? Go to the parts desk and ask for it. They may have to order it in (mine did), but they can get it.
Just buy it.
If you're in such a state that you can't scratch up the $65, you don't have the money to be working on an old bike anyway.
