You can find takeout 103's all over the place.
Found 3 in Texas alone for 1800.00 each with 1-2k mi.

Buying a takeout 103 you don't know how well the bottom end was put together.


Going the Darkhorse route Bagger will know he has a great motor that he knows the bottom end is done right.


Darkhorse will do the crank work, line bore and lap the cases, do the crank bearing and also make sure the bearing bore is right.
