I heard the stout cranks ended in 02, but my indy likes the 88 cranks an thinks there a solid piece. I'm down to just the slim in the garage an from what I'm reading they will handle up to 110 hp.

Is that correct?
When a engine vibrates like a paint mixer in upper rpms with clutch engaged or release, there is a bad problem

Never owned one. Not sure I will either., those Milwaukee single cams are awfully nice looking!
Twinkie cranks are all pressed, after 2003 HD went cheap with a cast steel crank set up that was known to shift, 07 they changed the design. Another brilliant cheap move was eliminating the crank timken bearing set up after 2002.
The SE motor sported a hot forged tighter pressed crank that was better but not bullet proof, welding the pin was the answer to keep from shifting

I asked John Sachs about why flywheel rebuilders don't touch Ultima's, he said the press is so tight the pin broaches on the way out distorting the bore on the side pieces. I beat the crap out of a unwelded Ultima pressed crank and comes back for more, Chinese fixed what Harley designed.

I was just wondering if you found what was causing the vibration.
I can't think of what else it would be but the crank so I thought you would have checked the runout just out of curiosity.

Between Cincy and Dayton, it will need the crank trued and welded or replaced. Actually saw some new 4" cranks on Ebay for $250 for it. Possible sale, it still runs well just vibrates 1600-1900 rpms or above 4500 rpm's, above 4500 it is a paint shaker.

For the Evoland bikers that are afraid to man up, another trick if the wife catches onto the garbage can. She will be happy cause she thinks you are working in the yard.

Honestly. I have no use for other than I like to take them apart and put them back together. It can live next to my spare EVO.
