First off you don't need an additional relay.
All you need is a 20 amp fused wire going from the positive post to pin 30 on the relay.
Second you say it spins and doesn't engage...
Have you looked in the primary at the starter drive gear and the starter ring gear?
BTW you have AMP connectors not molex on a '95 Softail.
After thinking about the relay and the room needed. I agree on the fused wire to pin 30.
Gonna take the primary cover off tomorrow and see what it is doing. Spent 6 hours on it today and buttoned everything up. Thankfully I didn't fill the primary.
Yeah, I'm going with your problem being in the primary (starter clutch included) or the starter solenoid. It may just need a good cleaning. An extra relay, extra wire, etc., is not going to help you out.

Replaced starter clutch this afternoon with a new one, hoped that would fix it...
OK. Gotta be something like that, or teeth on the clutch basket and it's been a while since I was in one, but isn't there a little arm that pushes the gears together? Rides in a groove? If the starter motor is spinning, the solenoid is working.

Is the positive post the battery terminal? Is this wire in addition to the factory connection?
