Is there anybody that is able to help a brother out, I am trying to rebuild a 94 springer softail , Let start out by saying it is a paughco springer. I looked around the internet for look I wanted, So I bought this bike from a dealer and had them do the front end for me. long story short I get the bike home, and I get the idea of paint..
moving on. I look at other springers for ideas , when I noticed that all the other springers the rockers are going straight across. so I go back to dealer and voice my concerns and am told they will get back to me. Well here we are few weeks later no word. and not going to track him down. so I am left to my own devices and realized I am in over my head checked the internet for videos on how to but nada so I come here in hopes of some knowledge. enclosed are some pics of concerns. fender to high, shock in backwards ??? pictures below

Need a good look at the top springs. With the rockers in that position, I would think you bottom springs are to long. That would be the case on MOCO springers.
Maybe your top and bottom springs are reversed. But, won't be able to tell without a picture.
