Okay the up date. got the springs all where they are suppose to be, had to make a new collar, now just waiting for parts to come back from powder coating. Will update more as it progresses.
I was doing some cable changes, clutch and throttle, when it dawned on me, that the front and rear brake lines were too long, so I was wondering, I know that they have those BYO brake kits, could I just get banjo parts to shorten the existing lines, and not have to buy the whole set up ? any help would be great thanks.
Back in the day, building your own brake line was common with ss braided. Don’t know about the more common type tho
But with steel brade, yes. Just need the banjo kit

Back in the day didn't worry to much about brakes. It was open road, not congested road ways and people paid attention to their driving..... But I digress, going to take a road trip up to Pittsford, NY, up to Magnum and see what they suggest ( mental note to self stay away from dealers who charge for things and do nothing )
Are you sure that's a Paughco springer? Check under the bottom support of the back legs on the left side. There should be a serial number. If not then it's not a Paughco. If there is a number use it for reference when you contact Paughco. They'll tell you if it's their front end.
