The next thought going through my mind is it's gonna cost around $200 to fix this tranny.
After I fix it it'll go back into a box and stuck on a shelf against future possible need.
I have a Baker DD5 in the Heritage now which will probably outlast me.
I have an OEM tranny in my '94 FXSTC with only 60k on it.
Do I fix the tranny now or later?
Fix it now so that one day you can sell it or give it away and you know it is good.

Since I tend to collect parts maybe someday I will have enough.
I am lacking a few myself but with a little digging in the bone yards it shouldn't be an issue cept maybe a title for registration....
