Default 2 piece rocker boxes ?
thinking of putting the 2 piece rocker boxes on,tired of dealing with the 3 piece,what a "great" design by harley!
can these be put on with engine in frame?
anybody have any advice?

The 'great design' from Harley enables us to service the top end with the engine in the frame. Save your money on the two piece!

so does a 2 piece without the leak...

If you already had an answer why did you ask the question?
BTW you can't put a 2 piece rocker box on the rear jug of a softail in the frame.
I'm not sure about the dressers but I know you can't do it in a softail.

I might be wrong but I don't see it happening on my 97EG.
Been a bit since I had apart the last time.

I wanna see ya do it on the FXR... there is Not alot of Room!!!

Maybe by Unhooking the top and front Motor mounts and lettin it Flop down... I won't..

I don't see any way I could get those into my 1990 bagger frame either. Can't say I've tried, but it's pretty damned snug in there.

lol,if ya'll will stop and think,if the 3 piece can come off and on while in the frame then so can the 2 piece,at least on my 89 it can,yeah i checked the specs
