Can you get to the low speed jet

Do you have the Keihin CV carburetor?
If you do, then be aware that since it is a Japanese carburetor it may have originally come with JIS screws in it (I'm not sure they all did).
They look very much like Phillips head screws but there is a difference.
If all you have is Phillips screwdrivers and you are going to try to use them, you will will need to push them hard into the head of the JIS screw as you are turning to keep the driver from camming out and chewing up the screw.
If the screws are really stuck in there, you are way better off getting the JIS screwdriver you need or pulling the carburetor and removing them by grabbing them with pliers or cutting a slot in the end (if you can get to it well enough).
I replace them with stainless socket cap screws size 4M-.70 X 14MM so I can use a hex key the next time I have to pull the bowl.
