Default Swingarm bearings

So whilst the swing arm is off I may as well replace the bearings. I have a question though.

I can can pull off with my fingers the dust cap with the o-ring on it then on one side of the swingarm there are 2 x cone shaped roller bearings with a separating clip. Looks like a circlip but isn’t. Once these are out it looks like the housing for these cone shaped bearings are stuck inside the arm. I call them hous My but could be a race??

and on the other side of the swing arm there is only a long spacer / Bush?

So do I need to press out the cone nose race / bush / housing?? it looks like there are 2 Seperated or held in by a big clip in the middle which cheers looks like a bitch to remove.
