Ok, hold on before everyone is thinking I'm turning gay, been thinking about flipping Harley's for a while since the ability to paint and half a$$ tech skills is available. Shovel buddy of mine called me up and told me to look at a 2005 Dyna Lowrider 1 hour away with 5000 miles, it was still for sale. All of my Shovel buddies showed at my dads garage and was having a tire changing festival since a Coats tire changer is available there, also put a new front WWW tire on the White Bike.
Told them I was going to look at the Twinkie and they piled in my truck, The Dyna looked good with a only flaw of a small dent in the tank, since it didn't have forward controls, at 6'3" I didn't have a chance on riding it, looked at one of the Shovel guys and told him to ride the bike, he replied "none of us have ever rode a Twin Cam" he rode the bike coming back saying "it still shakes so it must be ok"
Made the owner a offer that was accepted basically stealing the bike, while handing the owner the money, the Shovel guys went to work and had the bike on the trailer and secured by the time I had the title, these guys are pure Harley people and great friends.
Going to fix the dent in the tank, complete detail and try to let my money work for me instead of slaving for it like normal, hope this is a first of many.

A guy at work ran on hard times during a divorce and lost his new Street Glide, he has bobber roots in him and building a 750 Honda, he asked for some help and told him to pick a color out of the paint cabinet. Straightened his tank and he scuffed the rest, painted the bike out of helping a fellow biker
He put the Honda together and was looking good on a Friday night, sent me pictures Saturday morning of him laying it down leaving the garage and destroyed the paint, don't know weather to be pissed or a lesson learned.
