Default Super G missing piece?

Anyone know what this is or if there is supposed to be something in this hole. It is threaded. #25 on parts diagram. Next to my thumb in last pic.

You see where your thumb is covering a set screw? Well that's the EPA bowl vent that goes back into the motor... The hole below that is your non-EPA bowl vent...

Yes, a bowl vent. The other vent near your thumb in the top picture currently has the plug in it. Which vent you use is determined by what type of air cleaner you choose. Some filter housings may block the top vent hole in which case you would plug that hole and vent through the bottom hole. That seems to be the way the carb is set up now.
