Adjustable pushrod material question

Might as well drop straight type on after all that!
I think it's so one can fine tune the hydraulic lifter travel. Plus you have the flexibility to use them with different sized (base circle) cams.

some you have to remove the lifter blocks to remove the adjustable push rods...still less work than removing the rockers.

I can't see how it would be physically possible to remove the lifter blocks if the pushrods weren't already out of the way.

I may be mixing in what I'm dealing with on my twin cam with the evo.

I mean in how they are installed. I no longer own an evo....BUT when a springer in my price range pops up I'll be on it. Man can't live on a street glide alone

Actually you can do a lifter or cam swap out with regular S&S adjustables without removing the rocker assembly's. Iv'e swapped cam's and did all the work through the cam chest without having to remove the rockers.. It' about a 2-2 1/2 hour job....

Bikes are like ****, there should always be a pair handy.

yeah, that stuff he's talking about would not apply to Evo.
In the video he refers to the lifter cover on the twin cam, not even close to the lifter block of the Evo.
