Primary plug leak
I use Permatex Thread Sealant with PTFE on primary, trans, and oil drain plugs. Put a coat of the teflon paste on the plug and tighten it until it is just snug (don't over tighten), the teflon paste will seal the threads and keep the plug from coming out. If you have striped out the threads on the primary drain plug you'll have to tap the hole for an oversize plug like Kingglide said.

While I prefer weld-on that is available at Mcoys in a small tube it's basically the same stuff.

I haven't had a plug leak since I started using it.

Thanks for the suggestions fellas.
Up til this point i havent tried any type of sealing measures. ill start with teflon tape, since i have that on hand. ill try cutting it in half lengthwise for correct width and get two full wraps, then go from there.
i do like the idea of tapping out to a fine machine thread and using an allen bolt with some type of gasket. maybe next time i pull the primary...
