The sale of certain bikes is often predicted by an unwritten agreement between the buyer & seller . (ie, dont chop it up, not buying it just to sell, etc...).
I always try to be respectful when I purchase a bike based upon a rapport or understanding with the other party. Bikes are often extensions of peoples personalities so disrespecting a deal is disrespectful to the previous owner.
