Nope. Not me. Can ya buy the same stock cam new? I would think so? Also, I'm not an engine mechanic, but I would think you would want a brand new cam and lifters????? Not a used and just throw it in there? Mating wear surfaces, etc? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong please?

No, if it's in good shape it won't be an issue...

The OP's best bet is Omaha's cam... If it is an L ground.. should be stamped on the exhaust lobe closest the bearing end of the cam..

I already posted that I have the cam. I also have the backer plate for the CV carb. I've also got a set of stock pushrods. And a set of stock lifters.

All that is off my 1990 ElectraGlide, and had about 37k on it when I redid the top end, which I did solely for performance reasons. The motor ran fine.

Everything looks to be in excellent shape.

The cover itself should be easy to find. Any from that era will work. Finding the fatboy insert for it is going to be the hard part.

Just did a similar thing on my 85 FXWG, but I used the stock air cleaner cover on the S&S carb. I used the S&S Stealth kit and it works perfect. It has a ehrichener (choke) lever built in.
I have the original cam and carb, but there's no way I would consider reusing them after changing to the EV27 cam and S&S carb. I looks stock though.

As soon as I get enough posts to be able to private message other members we can talk price.
I did find a Fatboy insert on eBay but it was NOS and a lot of money.

I had a 99 fatboy an it was a dog compared to how it ran after I changed the cam. If it runs well I'd leave it an make it look stock.
