Default SE Air Cleaner install on 1990 EVO Softail

I just picked up a sweet 1990 Softail. Been looking for an EVO softail for a while and the price was right on this one.

It had the Kuryakyn HyperCharger on it but came with what looks like an almost brand new SE Air cleaner (part number 29008-90A).

I have a couple of questions on how the SE cleaner goes together -
  1. the main question is where does the metal spacer go? Does it go between carb and the big back plate or does it go between the back plate and the short velocity stack? I tried to find instructions on line and couldn't locate them.
  2. The HyperCharger has a vaccum line that goes to the bottom of the Hypercharger to control the butterflys - what do I do with this vaccum hose - plug it? or what?
  3. This 1990 is a bottom breather and they have a hose/filter on the breather port so I am good with leaving that, can I just plug the hole for the breather hose with a bolt?
